Module 2: Self-Awareness and Emotional Self-Control

  • Recognizing your emotional triggers and stress responses
  • Self-assessment: Personal EI profile
  • Techniques for emotional self-regulation (breathing, pausing, reframing)
  • Practice activity: Respond vs. React scenarios

     

Module 3: Empathy and Social Awareness in Leadership

  • The power of empathy in building trust and rapport
  • Active listening and reading emotional cues
  • Role play: Empathic communication in workplace scenarios
  • Building inclusive and emotionally safe team                                

 

Module 4: Feedback and Conflict Resolution

  • Delivering feedback with empathy and clarity
  • Navigating difficult conversations with confidence
  • Conflict resolution using EI principles
  • Real-world case discussion: EI in action.
     

Module 5: Practical Applications of EI in Leadership

  • Work through real-life case studies and role-playing to apply emotional intelligence in common leadership situations.
  • Create your own personal development plan to strengthen your emotional intelligence on the job.
