Peggy Chukwuma-Nwosu is a seasoned business development expert, consultant, and analyst with more than two decades experience in business development, branding and communications, learning and development, relationship management, quality management and team building in the financial service sector in Nigeria and West Africa.
Peggy Chukwuma-Nwosu is the current Chief Commercial Officer at CRC Credit Bureau Limited, the leading credit bureau in Nigeria, where she leads the business strategy development and growing the credit information of over 95% of the Nigerian credit industry covering commercial banks, micro-finance banks, non-bank institutions, retailers, and utility service providers, expanded the business bureau services and network of partners across the world.
She is also a Non-Executive Director of the newly established subsidiary, CRC Data & Analytics Limited.
At different times, she served as Head of Business Development, Customer Experience Manager and Chief Commercial Officer. She is versed in identifying market opportunities and crafting appropriate strategy, supporting structure and monitoring systems for achieving superior results. Peggy was also part of the team responsible for establishing the customer-centric strategy for Fidelity Bank Plc, which significantly contributed to the bottom line of the bank.
Peggy holds both a Bachelor of Arts, and Master of Arts degrees in English Language from University of Lagos, Akoka, Lagos State, and holds a M.Sc. Human Resources Management & Development degree from University of Leicester, United Kingdom.
Peggy is a revered administrator, manager, researcher, business analyst, trainer, consultant, and adviser on financial services, and through the years, has developed a solid understanding of the bureau sector and the business environment including regulations in Nigeria and across West Africa, where she built a network and footprint that makes her a much sought-after business development expert and professional. She is well traveled and has participated in and facilitated several national, regional, and international conferences and training programs on financial and business courses, leadership, management, strategic marketing, and sales. She has for over a decade been contributing immensely to human capacity development in financial institutions and blue-chip companies in Nigeria.
