Doyin Abiola Abiodun

Head of Technology

Doyin Abiodun is the Head of Technology at CRC Credit Bureau Limited, where he directs the organisation’s technology roadmap, cybersecurity governance, and infrastructure modernisation strategies. With over 16 years of experience managing broad IT domains, including Network Security, Cloud Architecture, and Operations. Abiodun is responsible for ensuring the high availability of critical credit reporting systems while driving digital transformation initiatives. His mandate includes aligning technology investments with business goals to support growth, regulatory compliance, and operational resilience. In his tenure at CRC, Abiodun has successfully bridged the gap between governance and engineering. He is actively involved in the strategic implementation of ISO 27001 (Information Security) and ISO 22301 (Business Continuity) standards, establishing a rigorous framework for data protection. Simultaneously, he architected a hybrid cloud strategy, migrating core legacy applications to the AWS Local Zone in Nigeria to ensure data sovereignty. His technical leadership also includes overseeing the several IT deployments and implementing WAF solutions to safeguard sensitive financial data against cyber threats. Abiodun is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School and the president of Senior Management Program cohort 91 and holds a Master of Science in Computer Networking and Information Security from the University of Ibadan. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Information Technology at Leads City University. His commitment to technical excellence is backed by numerous professional certifications, including ISO 22301 Lead Implementer, AWS Solution Architect, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect, and Sophos Certified Engineer and others.
